Tinus Strydom is a businessman and estate agent practicing in Centurion, Gauteng. He has won many accolades and honours, including the South African Property Professional of the Year 2001 Award.

He was named Pretoria’s Top Agent by the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa for seven years running. He also won the same Institute’s Realtor of the Year (various categories) for seven consecutive years.

Tinus was the first recipient of the prestigious “Pinnacle of Entrepreneurial Performance” award presented in 2004 by the Property Professional Club. He was also named as Centurion’s Businessman of the Year 2004 and Centurion of the Year 2005 by the Centurion Business Forum.

With his wife, Francisca, they run the Strydom Arabian Stud Farm outside Bronkhorstspruit.

He is an avid reader of motivational, real estate and investment books. He is well-known for his positive approach to life, and has conducted motivational and training seminars across the country.
